CLASSICAL EQUITATION with D. FRANCISCO De BRAGANCA D. Francisco de Braganca has been breeding and training Lusitano horses for 30 years in Portugal. He was a pupil of the late Master Nuno Oliveira, that great exponent of classical equitation, and like his mentor, always aims for lightness, harmony, and a beautiful picture. He regularly takes clinics throughout Europe, South Africa and the United States of America, and travels to Australia later this year for the first time. He has a great talent for helping his pupils improve their position, which he believes is the key to improving the way of going of the horse. From the amateur novice rider wishing to thoroughly understand the basics of the classical seat to the grand prix rider who wants to improve piaffe, passage, and tempi changes, this is a rare opportunity not to be missed.
